Howard

Since founding the firm in 1990, Howard has continually provided tax, accounting, and business advisory services to domestic and international middle market clients. In addition, he has experience participating in litigation matters, including matrimonial, bankruptcy, embezzlement, damage claims, and shareholder disputes, as well as providing due diligence services for merger and acquisition transactions. In his almost (40) years of experience, Howard has also represented privately held companies and individuals in various civil and criminal tax matters at the Federal, State, and City levels and has served as a court-appointed Special Fiscal Agent.

Howard received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University (1984). He successfully passed the Uniform CPA examination on his initial sitting (1985). When he is not training for his next marathon (to date Howard has completed (16) marathons including: Philadelphia – 3 hours, 24 minutes; Chicago – 3 hours, 27 minutes; Steamtown – 3 hours, 27 minutes; New York City – 3 hours, 29 minutes; Marine Corp – 3 hours, 29 minutes; and Boston – 3 hours, 30 minutes). Howard is building and developing real estate, experimenting with new, atypical sports (Howard has earned a black belt in Taekwondo); visiting Stanford University, where his daughter, Shana, is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree; and relaxing with his dog, Gus.
